The purpose of this role is to coach and empower employees from various employer groups to understand and improve their financial wellness. Through personalised training and guidance, the Financial Wellness Coach helps individuals manage their debt, access responsible credit, and move toward long-term financial stability.
The coach plays a vital role in creating awareness, building trust, and providing tailored financial solutions that make a measurable impact on both employees and employers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver financial wellness training sessions and one-on-one coaching to employees
- Assess each client’s financial position by reviewing ITC reports, budgeting needs, and current debt exposure
- Provide tailored, practical solutions to help clients manage their finances and work toward becoming debt free
- Capture accurate client data and update all documentation and systems daily
- Engage with employees proactively, promoting awareness and participation in financial wellness services
- Build trust-based relationships with employees through empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Ensure that every employee engaged is supported, regardless of their financial standing
- Source and generate leads on-site through creative and approachable methods
- Submit progress reports and performance feedback to management on a regular basis
- Achieve set targets and KPIs as determined by the company
- Educate employees on debt review, garnishee orders, credit behaviour, and responsible borrowing
- Become a consistent and trusted presence at assigned employer sites
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric (compulsory)
- 3–5 years of experience in sales within the financial or banking industry
- Knowledge of:
- Debt review
- Garnishee orders
- Experience in a training, coaching, or facilitation environment is an advantage
- Proven ability to engage and influence people at all levels
- Strong administrative skills, including accurate data capturing and reporting
- Computer literacy essential (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: R10 000,00 – R12 000,00 per month
