NTT Motor Group is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused professional to lead and expand the company’s Graduate and Apprentice Programs. This role is responsible for managing the full trainee and apprentice lifecycle, building strong partnerships with training institutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and skills-development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete trainee and apprentice journey, including recruitment, onboarding, support and dealership placements
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges and training providers
- Manage SETA registrations, grants and SARS learnership claims
- Support BEE, EE and skills-development initiatives
- Oversee program compliance and maintain strong communication with dealerships and Head Office
Requirements
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Advanced Excel competency and strong organisational ability
- Knowledge of talent-development legislation (BEE, EE, LRA)
- Passion for developing young talent
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to travel
