Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Matric)
Microsoft MCSE training advantageous
A+ and N+ with application and/or technology support general expertise will receive preference
Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in a technology support environment
Infrastructure troubleshooting and technical diagnostics
Networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
Hardware installation and configuration
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
