Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans (read, write and speak).
- Must have own transport.
- Must be punctual, reliable and able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to plan, order, and compile a daily/weekly menu.
- Must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Must be able to issue instructions and supervise staff.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation is essential.
