The Marketing Manager will be responsible for brand positioning, marketing strategy, and digital engagement to support continued growth within the commercial vehicle retail sector.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business growth.
• Ensure consistency of brand image across all marketing channels and corporate communication.
• Conduct industry research to refine marketing campaigns and identify business opportunities.
• Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based marketing.
• Oversee the creation of content for website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, reporting on results and informing future strategy.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives.
• Organise and manage marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorship initiatives.
• Lead digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, and data-driven strategy development.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing management, preferably in the automotive, fleet services, or commercial vehicle industry.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and brand management.
• Experience managing agency partners and external service providers.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
