Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process customer orders and payments
- Handle cash transactions and provide change to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Assist with restocking items and keeping inventory levels updated
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
