Requirements
Matric certificate
Strong computer literacy
Administrative and accounting background
Good organisational and communication skills
Willingness to learn digital marketing and e-commerce systems
Must reside in or around Klerksdorp
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, WooCommerce or Shopify will be advantageous
Valid driver’s licence advantageous
Responsibilities
Process and manage online orders
Update stock levels, product information and pricing
Assist with digital marketing activities
Support WooCommerce or Shopify backend tasks
Perform general administrative duties
Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations and record keeping
Run errands when required
Occasionally assist with children’s logistics when necessary
