Responsibilities

Use Sage Pastel for supplier invoices and stock allocation to trucks

Organise basic fleet maintenance, including wheel alignment and services

Handle daily tyre administration and surveys

Update breakdown lists, job cards, fleet history and defects

Manage supplier invoices and credit notes

Maintain filing systems

Update tyre sheets daily

Assist with drive cam analysis
