Requirements
Pastel/Sage knowledge
Easyfile
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
Managing assistants and meeting deadlines
Working under pressure and independently
Excellent accounting knowledge
Knowledge of basic labour matters
Accuracy and attention to detail
Administration duties
Breakeven calculations and budget compilation
Managing suppliers and payments including municipal accounts
Managing debtors’ balances and outstanding balances
Debtor invoicing and reconciliations
Calculating provisional tax on a six-monthly basis
Completing and submitting statutory returns
Data capturing including suppliers, slips, petty cash, and bank statements
