Hours: 08:00 – 16:00
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers stability as well as excellent opportunities for professional development and growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth administrative functioning of the office and will have the opportunity to write the RE5 regulatory exam to unlock further career opportunities in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and appointments.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities.
- Provide general support to management and team members.
- Handle confidential information professionally.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) compulsory, preferably with Accounting and Mathematics.
- Previous experience in insurance administration will count strongly in your favour.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence compulsory.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to complete the RE5 regulatory exam.
