The position involves providing technical support for CCTV and alarm systems, troubleshooting system issues, conducting upgrades, and assisting customers with system usage.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CCTV and alarm system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking concepts related to security systems
- Experience in customer service and technical support
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients
