Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a CCTV & Alarm Technical Support at N A T Security Distributors in Klerksdorp. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support for CCTV and alarm systems, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting system upgrades, and assisting customers with system usage.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CCTV and alarm system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols related to security systems
- Experience in customer service and technical support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
