Key Responsibilities:
You’ll take charge of our full financial function, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for company and group management.
  • Implementing, managing, and monitoring financial systems, procedures, controls, and policies.
  • Traveling between branches and client sites to oversee operations.
  • Assisting in the training and development of administrative staff.
  • Managing a team of administrative personnel.
  • Conducting monthly and annual audits.

Requirements:

  • BCom in Accounting or Financial Management.
  • Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in the retail/ automotive/ logistics / freight space (advantageous).
  • Prior experience in finance or accounting within the asset leasing sector is highly desirable.
  • Background in managing finances for farming or fuel station operations would be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong overall computer literacy.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to travel for monthly branch visits and a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Effective time management and a leadership style grounded in integrity and honesty.
