Requirements
Experience in a food and beverage management role is essential
Ability to work weekends and late nights
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar and catering services
Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all operations
Develop menus aligned with guest preferences
Manage pricing and ensure consistent ingredient availability
Lead and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and high performance
Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve guest feedback or complaints promptly
Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering and minimise waste to maximise profitability
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in line with regulatory requirements
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all food and beverage areas
