Key responsibilities
- Lead overall business operations and workshop activities
- Drive sales performance, targets, and market growth

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior management or leadership roles
- Proven track record in business growth and profitability
- Excellent financial and business acumen
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ability to oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Experience creating and managing budgets and controlling costs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Knowledge of business processes and functions, including finance, HR, procurement, and operations
Package
- R40,000 per month plus benefits
