Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant qualification recognised by the FSCA
- Regulatory Examination Level 5 (RE5)
- Class of Business certification (Long-Term Insurance and Investments where applicable)
- CPD compliance
- 1 year management and oversight experience
- 2 years project management experience
- 2 years insurance industry experience
- At least 1 year advice and intermediary experience
Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop sales representatives
- Implement sales and marketing plans
- Coach and mentor representatives
- Support and develop brokers
- Identify and develop new markets
- Maintain production and retention targets
- Ensure FAIS compliance and supervision requirements are met
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
