Herotel is looking to appoint a Social Media Liaison to support customer engagement and communication across its social media platforms.

Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest in social media and online platforms
Basic understanding of social media platforms and customer engagement
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite
Customer service or community management experience will be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations
Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure
Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer queries and comments on social media platforms
Escalate technical issues or service complaints to relevant teams and follow through to resolution
Assist with scheduling social media content for campaigns and updates
Maintain a consistent brand voice across social platforms
Track engagement and customer sentiment
Support marketing and communication initiatives when required
