Requirements
Minimum 5 years proven experience in steel products, welding, assembly and installations
Working knowledge of steel products and machinery
Ability to manage, direct and supervise metal workers in a factory environment
Experience supervising and assisting with on-site installations
Ability to compile and supply quotations to clients
Strong organisational and workflow management skills
Ability to train staff and review plans for tenders
Good communication, problem-solving and practical skills
