Transem is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Administrator to support their finance and administrative operations.

Minimum requirements
Higher diploma, Matric or equivalent
Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Experience in accounts receivable
Experience with SAP and/or Sage Pastel
Ability to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds
Self-driven with the ability to work without close supervision
Strong administrative skills
Residing in or around Klerksdorp, with own transport
Roles and responsibilities
Filing and organisation of records and sales documentation
Coordinating with other departments
Bank reconciliations
Inventory management
Basic accounts receivable, full function
Reconciliation of cash sales and inventory
Record keeping, data analysis and report generation
