Key requirements
BCOM HR Management degree
3–5 years related experience
Proven experience in a management position
Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of human resources
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
Oversee performance management systems and employee development programmes
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing HR policies and procedures
Foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues effectively
