Counter Sales Lady (With Pastel Experience & Purchasing Duties)

Need to work Saturdays and Public holidays
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Lady between age 22–35.
The ideal candidate must have strong sales and communication skills, solid experience with Pastel Accounting, and the ability to manage purchase orders to suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with product sales and queries.
- Provide excellent service and build strong customer relationships.
- Process sales invoices, quotations, and returns on Pastel.
- Manage purchase orders to suppliers (placing orders, following up, and receiving stock).
- Maintain accurate records of stock and sales transactions.
- Ensure the counter area is well-presented and stocked.
- Support the sales team with administrative duties when required.
Requirements
- Proven counter sales or internal sales experience.
- Product knowledge within Steel & Irrigation Products.
- Proficiency in Pastel Accounting & Point of Sale (non-negotiable).
- Experience in handling purchase orders to suppliers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Matric (Grade 12); relevant sales or admin qualification advantageous.
Salary: Competitive (based on experience) with commission on sales achievements.
